For IMOs and FMOs

One home for every agency in your downline

Allied Tribes gives IMOs and FMOs a parent Tribe for the whole organization and a child Tribe for each agency or team, with shared training, live calls and recognition, on one plan rather than a seat per agent.

Updated

IMOs and FMOs look for a way to run training and a community for every agency in their downline without paying for each agent as a separate seat.

How an IMO runs on Allied Tribes

Parent and child Tribes

One Tribe for the organization, and a child Tribe for each agency, office or team.

Shared training

Product, compliance and sales training as Lessons with quizzes, the same for every agency.

Live training calls

Organization-wide trainings and agency team meetings in built-in video rooms.

Onboarding

A repeatable path for every new agent, from licensing to first production.

Recognition

Points and leaderboards that make activity and wins visible across the organization.

Mentorship

Top producers sell paid mentorship sessions as Adepts.

Pricing that does not grow with every agent

Plans are per account, not per seat. Leader is $111 a month or $1,111 a year for unlimited Tribes and members, so adding an agency or a class of new agents does not change the bill. Smaller organizations can start on Pro at $11 a month for 11 Tribes of up to 1,000 members each.

What stays in your other systems

Allied Tribes is for training, the team space and recognition. Licensing, carrier contracting and appointments, commissions and hierarchy reporting stay in your agency management and licensing tools.
